Living
Our completely renovated three bedroom apartment consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, private garden and private parking right in front of the house. We also did the interior design ourselves due to the fact that Severin has experience in planning and design. We used mostly natural materials such as precious green marble, natural stone and wood, which we like to combine with raw steel.
The first bedroom in a relaxing spirit consists of an king-size bed and a comfortable sofa bed for a third person. A photo wallpaper overlooking the birch forest, lined with Italian marble and real birch trunks, contributes to the relaxation. Indirect LED lighting with different colour effects and a feather chandelier with adjustable light intensity set a romantic atmosphere. You can also relax in front of the smart TV.
The second bedroom is furnished in a more modern way, dominated by a king-size bed made of raw steel combined with oak wood. A 3D-LED TV is also available in this bedroom. A window and door lead to the garden.
Both bedrooms have solid oak flooring and blackout curtains so you can sleep in the morning 🙂 You can manually control the temperature in each room yourself.
The apartment offers two bathrooms, both with underfloor heating and a toilet. Both shower rooms are equipped with a shower panel. The larger bathroom has a steam bath in the shower room. There is also a washing machine with tumble dryer. Complimentary beauty products, basic first aid and two hairdryers are available in the bathrooms. Of course, towels are provided upon your arrival.
A massive wooden table and chairs await you in the lounge with underfloor heating, where you can sleep on a sofa bed for one or two people, offering plenty of space for a shared breakfast or a romantic fondue dinner.
There is also a 3D-LED TV, a weather station and various board games, should you ever want to stay at home… The kitchenette is fully equipped (from crockery, kitchen utensils, cutlery, glasses, etc.), and there is also a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine (for Nespresso tablets or classic filter coffee machine), electric kettle, ceramic hob and oven. Basic ingredients such as sugar, salt, basic spices, oil… are fully available and you can use them as you like 🙂 By the table could sit comfortable 6 persons.
The apartment has a private 80m2 garden with a newly renovated terrace and a spacious garden lounge. In summer you can enjoy the sun on the sun loungers and make the evenings more pleasant by barbecuing on our gas WEBER grill.
In winter, our guests can use the heated ski storage room shared by other apartments in the house or rent a heated locker for 2-3 persons directly at the lifts for a price starting from EUR 8 per day. Our apartment comes with parking right next to the house, if you arrive with several cars, please let us know well in advance, we will try to arrange a space at the neighbours for an extra charge. In Ischgl there is a possibility of indoor parking for 14 EUR/day or daily parking for a fee.
Children are welcome, we can provide a cot with blankets and bed linen on request. We will be happy to prepare a highchair for our little guests, plastic cutlery and children’s glasses are included in the kitchen equipment.
Free WI-FI high speed connection is a matter of course 🙂
