Offers are up to 5 persons, for any other person is extra Charge 50 EUR in winter and 30 EUR in sommer.
For children we don‘t offer any discount. For Friday, Saturday and holiday-days is extra Charge 50 EUR in winter and 15 EUR in summer.
Cleaning fee is 110 EUR + 12 EUR per person, city tax is 2.50 EUR per persons older than 15 years and night.
Upon your arrival we require a deposit of 200 EUR in cash.
