Offers are up to 5 persons, for any other person is extra Charge 70 EUR in winter and 20 EUR in sommer.
For children we don‘t offer any discount. For Friday, Saturday and holiday-days is extra Charge 70 EUR in winter and 20 EUR in summer.
Minimum stay is 3 days, exceptions are possible on request.
Cleaning fee is 110 EUR + 12 EUR per person, city tax is 4 EUR per persons older than 15 years and night.
Upon your arrival we require a deposit of 300 EUR in cash.
When booking, the guest accepts our cancellation fees and house rules automatically.
We reserve the right to terminate the guest’s stay immediately and without refund in case of non-compliance with the house rules and inappropriate behaviour.
